• Ability to operate heavy equipment such as
• mini excavators, tracked skidsteers, demolition jackhammers, etc
• Ability to drive and maneuver dump trailers attached to work trucks.
• Able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs repeatedly.
• Skilled at using hand tools.
• Able to take constructive criticism and be willing to learn.
• Can use apps on phones.
• Showing up to the jobsite on time.
