ABOUT SUPERDIGITAL

Superdigital is a proudly untraditional creative agency focusing on content, social, digital, and influencer and not so much on making job descriptions. We work with brands, athletes, and the Mayor of Flavortown. We’re known for our work but loved for our passion. Sometimes, we make non-agency things like movies and podcasts too!

ABOUT THE ROLE

• Lead ideation, development and execution of brand-level campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and audience insights
• Provide oversight to content production across TikTok, Instagram and YouTube
• Manage a team of 10+ diverse creatives (copy, art, content, design, animation), and ensure they are delivering creative excellence on a day to day basis
• Oversee project specific workstreams and support teams in client facing endeavors
• Provide mentorship, guidance and constructive feedback to creative teams (mid to senior)
• Present work confidently on behalf of Superdigital and receive feedback from clients in real-time
• Represent Superdigital in both internal and external projects
• Stay abreast of emerging trends, technologies and best practices in digital and social media, infusing innovation into every aspect of content creation

ABOUT YOU

• 7-10+ years of work experience in an agency or social media 
• Proven track record of success in conceptualizing and executing digital and social content/campaigns 
• Experience leading both short-form video projects and brand level campaign thinking across a variety of social media platforms (TikTok, YoutTube and IG)
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and collaborate effectively across diverse teams
• Comfortable working in a fast paced environment, on multiple projects at once
• Passion for the gaming, entertainment, technology categories
• Ability to present work in a clear, thoughtful and persuasive manner
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail
• Strong communication skills, positive demeanor and an open attitude
• Thrives in a collaborative environment but can also work autonomously with strong time management skills
