Superdigital is looking for an Associate Creative Director to join our team of creatives and elevate design across every piece of content we produce for Superdigital, our clients, and our talent.

ABOUT THE ROLE

• Manage the ideation, development and execution of digital and social content/campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and audience insights
• Oversee heavy content production, with a focus on TikTok, Instagram and YouTube
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver creative that pushes boundaries and drives results
• Oversee project specific workstreams and support teams in client facing endeavors
• Provide mentorship, guidance and constructive feedback to creative teams (junior to mid) 
• Represent Superdigital in both internal and external projects
• Stay abreast of emerging trends, technologies and best practices in digital and social media, infusing innovation into every aspect of content creation

ABOUT YOU

• 6-7+ years of work experience in an agency or social media 
• Proven track record of success in conceptualizing and executing digital and social content/campaigns 
• Experience leading short-form video projects across a variety of social media platforms (TikTok, YoutTube and IG)
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and collaborate effectively across diverse teams
• Comfortable working in a fast paced environment, on multiple projects at once
• Passion for the gaming, entertainment, technology categories
• Ability to present work in a clear, thoughtful and persuasive manner
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail
• Strong communication skills, positive demeanor and an open attitude
• Thrives in a collaborative environment but can also work autonomously with strong time management skills
