The Role

We’re looking for a creative, online-native marketer/content creator to help us produce social-first content powered by AI. You’ll work side-by-side with the team to brainstorm ideas, generate visuals and video with AI tools, and publish content that performs. This is a hands-on, fast-moving role — the kind of seat where the people who lean in early will grow with us.

What You’ll Do

•      Create social-first content (images, video, captions) using AI tools.

•      Stay plugged into what’s trending and translate it into content for our audience.

•      Post consistently across platforms and help grow our social presence.

•      Collaborate with the team on campaigns, launches, and creative experiments.

•      Test, iterate, and learn — we move fast and try a lot.

What You Bring

Social Media Marketing Experience

•      Strong eye for creative content creation.

•      Plugged into trends — you post often and/or have a real social media presence of your own.

•      Bonus if you’ve got the face / on-camera presence to be in the content yourself.

AI Platforms

Hands-on experience with at least a few of the following:

•      Claude

•      ChatGPT (including Sora for video)

•      Gemini (including Nano Banana for image generation)

•      Higgsfield / OpenArt / HeyGem / etc

Nice to Have (Optional)

•      Experience with Go High Level.

•      Familiarity with AI agents and how to put them to work.

•      A personal portfolio, TikTok/IG/YouTube, or links to past work.

The Details

•      Location: In-person in Prince George’s County, Maryland.

•      Schedule: Flexible — we can build the role around part-time, internship, or contractor hours.

•      Compensation: $15.50 – $20/hour, based on experience.

•      Start date: As soon as we find the right person.
