Videographer / Video Content Creator Bluewater Ai — DMV area (on-site / local travel) · Part-time / Full-time / Contract

About us Bluewater Ai is a founder-led company helping local businesses across MD, DC, and VA grow through AI-powered social media management. We create the content that fills our clients' calendars — and we're looking for someone to bring that content to life on camera.

The role You'll shoot and edit short-form video content for our social channels (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube) and some content for our client's channels. Think on-location shoots at local businesses, founder and team videos, and scroll-stopping social clips — produced fast, looking great, and built to convert.

What you'll do

• Plan, shoot, and edit short-form video on location around the DMV
• Turn raw footage into polished, captioned clips optimized for each platform
• Capture B-roll, interviews, and authentic "real business" content
• Collaborate on concepts and keep a steady output of content on schedule

What we're looking for

• A strong portfolio of short-form / social video work
• Comfortable shooting solo (camera or high-end phone, lighting, lav audio) and editing your own footage
• Sharp eye for pacing, captions, and what performs on social
• Reliable, self-directed, and based in or near Prince George's County with reliable transportation
