Sunstone Therapies Systems & IT Operations Manager Rockville, MD · Full time

Sunstone is hiring a Systems & IT Operations Manager to own the day-to-day reliability, access, and usability of our core systems. This is a highly hands-on role for someone who likes solving real problems in messy, evolving environments. You will be the person the team relies on to fix issues quickly, improve how systems work, and make technical operations feel seamless. You'll operate across systems like Salesforce (HealthCloud), eCW, RealTime, and Google Workspace: troubleshooting issues, managing access, and improving how everything fits together. Our core systems are in place, but they are not yet fully integrated, documentation is incomplete in some areas, and there is significant opportunity to improve workflows, automation, and the overall user experience. This is not a ticket-only IT role, and it's not a pure security/compliance role. It's a technical operator role with real ownership and impact.
