At Sunrise Aquatics Management we specialize in providing certified lifeguards, professional gate and pool monitoring, and complete aquatic facility management for HOA communities, country clubs, fitness centers, and independent facilities. Our dedicated team of trained aquatic professionals ensure that facilities remain safe, compliant, and enjoyable for all members and guests.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain constant surveillance of patrons in the pool and surrounding areas
• Prevent accidents through enforcement of rules and regulations
• Recognize and respond quickly to emergencies
• Perform water rescues and administer First Aid, CPR, and AED as needed
• Maintain pool area cleanliness and safety
• Provide excellent customer service to all patrons
• Participate in regular training and in-service sessions

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 15-16 years old (varies by certification)
• Current Lifeguard certification from Red Cross or willing to obtain
• Current CPR/AED and First Aid certification
• Strong swimming skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to remain alert and focused during shifts
• Weekend and holiday availability preferred
