  • Support permitting and interconnection applications by preparing accurate plan sets and technical documentation.
  • Collaborate with the CEO and electrical team on engineering review and stamped drawing sets (via PE partners when needed).

Procurement

  • Manage end-to-end procurement process for solar modules, inverters, racking systems, BOS materials, batteries, and other project-critical components.
  • Maintain relationships with suppliers, distributors, and manufacturers; request quotes, negotiate pricing, and track lead times.
  • Monitor inventory levels (in coordination with field teams) and forecast material needs based on active and upcoming projects.
  • Coordinate just-in-time delivery schedules for job sites across Georgia.
  • Resolve material discrepancies, backorders, or substitutions as needed to prevent delays in project timelines.
  • Keep procurement costs within budget while ensuring quality and compliance.

Team Collaboration & Support

  • Coordinate closely with the sales team to ensure proposals and contracts reflect accurate system design specs and pricing.
  • Support project operations and permitting staff with necessary documentation and design updates.
  • Provide installation teams with clear, actionable plans and equipment schedules.
  • Participate in team meetings and planning processes, contributing insights and suggestions for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  •  1+ years of experience in solar PV system design and/or procurement (commercial and residential).

  • Solid understanding of PV system components, design principles, and installation practices.
  • Familiarity with NEC, IBC, and Georgia-specific building and electrical codes.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills; able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Experience working with vendors and negotiating procurement terms.
  • Comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-moving, and mission-driven team environment.
  • Excellent communication skills — written, visual, and interpersonal.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Supportive and collaborative work environment.
  • Competitive salary range based on experience.
