Responsibilities:

• Prepare all food items with precision and creativity, ensuring consistent quality and timely execution
• Meet special guest requests while maintaining high food safety and sanitation standards
• Uphold professionalism in conduct and demeanor with staff, ownership, customers, and vendors. We have an open kitchen concept.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop new and innovative dishes, incorporating fresh and seasonal ingredients whenever possible
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and culinary techniques, sharing your knowledge with the team and contributing to a culture of learning and growth
• Uphold our values of quality, hospitality, and professionalism, promoting a fun and welcoming atmosphere for our guests

Qualifications:

• Previous consistent experience as a Line Cook
• Ability to work in a fast-paced fast casual breakfast environment and multitask effectively
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Flexibility to work morning/early afternoon shifts
• Passion for food and willingness to learn and expand culinary knowledge
