Responsibilities:
- Prepare all food items with precision and creativity, ensuring consistent quality and timely execution
- Meet special guest requests while maintaining high food safety and sanitation standards
- Uphold professionalism in conduct and demeanor with staff, ownership, customers, and vendors. We have an open kitchen concept.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop new and innovative dishes, incorporating fresh and seasonal ingredients whenever possible
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and culinary techniques, sharing your knowledge with the team and contributing to a culture of learning and growth
- Uphold our values of quality, hospitality, and professionalism, promoting a fun and welcoming atmosphere for our guests
Qualifications:
- Previous consistent experience as a Line Cook
- Ability to work in a fast-paced fast casual breakfast environment and multitask effectively
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Flexibility to work morning/early afternoon shifts
- Passion for food and willingness to learn and expand culinary knowledge
