Sunny Horizons is looking for a compassionate and motivated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our growing team in Albertville, AL! We are dedicated to providing high-quality, play-based therapy to help children develop essential communication skills in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat pediatric speech, language, and feeding disorders
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each child’s needs
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of evaluations, treatment sessions, and progress reports
• Provide education and support to families to encourage progress outside of therapy sessions

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Alabama state licensure (or eligibility)
• Clinical Fellows (CFs) are encouraged to apply!
• Experience with pediatrics is a plus, but not required
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
