This position includes showing apartments, managing the community front desk, interacting with residents, and handling day-to-day aspects of the apartment community office. Leasing commissions are also available!

We are looking for a reliable, outgoing, person to fill a position as a full-time Leasing Consultant for an apartment community in the Seattle area. This position starts at $21/hour, plus commissions and benefit options (health/dental/vision/ 401k). The position require working weekends. Will train the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Present apartments to prospects
• Assist residential management team
• Answer phones, emails, and generally communicate on behalf of the community
• Promote unoccupied properties through various media and advertising techniques
• Provide accurate information on the different features of properties
• Validate application information and references
• Negotiate leasing terms and complete agreements
• Keep abreast of the property market status
• Ensure proper maintenance and inspect properties periodically

Skills

• Proven working experience as a leasing consultant preferred, but will train the right candidate
• Reliable and punctual
• Basic understanding of MS Office
• Exquisite presentation and negotiation skills
