What You'll Do

• Convert inbound implant inquiries into scheduled consultations
• Present treatment plans and financing options clearly
• Own the full patient journey from first call to signed treatment plan
• Partner with the clinical team for a seamless patient experience

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years in dental sales
• Confident phone presence — you lead conversations naturally
• Proven ability to convert at a high level
• Comfortable with treatment costs and financing discussions
• Organized, accountable, and results-driven
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a strong plus
