We're looking for a friendly and dependable Laundry Attendant to join our team and help keep things running smoothly.

Job Summary:

As a Laundry Attendant, you’ll be the face of Sudz City Laundry. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting customers, maintaining a clean and organized facility, and handling laundry processing for our wash-and-fold service. We’re looking for someone who’s reliable, detail-oriented, and enjoys working with people.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers with machines and services
• Operate commercial washers, dryers, and folding stations
• Process wash-dry-fold and pickup/delivery orders
• Maintain cleanliness of machines, floors, counters, and restrooms
• Monitor machines for issues and report maintenance needs
• Handle basic transactions (if applicable)
• Follow safety and cleanliness guidelines
• Open or close the store depending on shift

Qualifications:

• No prior laundry experience required—training provided
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift laundry bags (up to ~25 lbs)
• Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy
• Team player with a positive attitude
