Core Responsibilities:

• Field Work                                                                                                                                                  
• Preventative Maintenance
• Complete preventative maintenance on MTA equipment
• Ensure the preventative maintenance schedule is up to date
• Update Service Ticket
• Project Work
• Complete installations to include cabling, conduit, cameras, etc.
• Ensure project quality is meeting both company and client standards
• Ensure SOP’s are followed to complete project work
• Provide proper documentation (as-build, cable test results) for completed projects
• Complete cable terminations and test the cable to ensure quality meets both Skyline and MTA standards
• Service
• Properly update assigned service tickets
• Test, Troubleshoot, and fix impacted equipment
• Ensure tickets are updated daily
• Request additional information from the customer as needed and follow up 
• Ensure contract SLA’s are met for service tickets
• Attend work block meetings as needed
• Reporting 
• Assist with monthly reports 
• Assist with monthly inventory
• Document serial numbers and asset tags as needed

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

• High School Diploma/GED

• Must Have 2+ years in CCTV and/ Service-related field

• Valid driver’s license with a good record

• Ability to obtain DOT Medical Card
