The Account Executive is StyleBlueprint's ambassador to prospective new clients: an in-person seller who loves Nashville, loves the chase, and is ready to build a book that spans beloved local businesses and larger firms and organizations alike, backed by a brand this city has trusted for 17 years.
Imagine this:
It's Tuesday. You start with coffee downtown with the marketing director of a regional healthcare system, a relationship you've been building for a month. You leave with a proposal meeting on the books and a clear picture of what they actually need, because you asked great questions instead of just pitching.
You work your pipeline before lunch, notes in the CRM, next steps on the calendar.
In the afternoon, you meet the owner of a design-build firm who's been reading StyleBlueprint for years and never knew she could partner with us.
Before signing off, you make sure your notes and activities are up to date in the CRM, you've checked what your follow-ups are for tomorrow, and you grab your partner or some friends to go try out a new restaurant in town - as you love staying in the know.
While at dinner, you run into an old friend who introduces you to someone who you end up making plans for a prospecting meeting next week. And, you find out about a great human-interest story – you jot a note to tell the StyleBlueprint editorial team about it, as you know they would appreciate it. And, you know well that they'd do the same for you when it comes to a great potential marketing partner. We're all on the same team.
If reading that put a smile on your face, keep going. If it sounded exhausting, this isn't your job, and that's fine too.

At our core, we are storytellers. Since 2010, StyleBlueprint has been a positive and discerning voice in Nashville, telling the stories of the people, places, and businesses that make this city exceptional. We are trusted by our readers because we are selective: we only feature and partner with businesses we would recommend to a friend.
That trust is what our partners are investing in. We have worked with more than 1,200 clients through advertising on StyleBlueprint.com and a full range of digital content marketing solutions, and they stay with us because we make digital media understandable, elegant, and measurable, and because we show them actual results so their businesses thrive.

Fair warning:
We have an in-depth interview process, and team culture fit is our number one priority. We vet several candidates for each position, and we always call multiple references and previous employers.
But if you've read this far and thought, "this is what I've been looking for," we would be honored to have you apply.
