The Account Executive is StyleBlueprint’s ambassador to prospective new clients. The ideal Account Executive is passionate about helping Nashville-based clients succeed, committed to personally succeeding, enjoys being part of a supportive team, and, most importantly, loves their community and loves to sell. This is a sales position that requires a high volume of prospecting, existing familiarity with the Nashville area, and the ability to stop in Nashville-area businesses and attend events.

Compensation: StyleBlueprint believes in compensating salespeople fairly and within proportion to the revenue that they generate. We are in search of outstanding talent. We are intensely protective of our team culture and will only hire based on culture fit as well as experience.
Role is mostly commission-based and starts with guaranteed compensation in the form of a draw.
Requirements and Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in outside sales or nonprofit development. Must be able to prove past success.
- Must have prior knowledge of Nashville and Middle Tennessee. Must already live in Nashville.
- Experience in all facets of a complete sales cycle, including hunting for, finding, and closing new business.
- Strong willingness and ability to hunt.
- Must be comfortable challenging, confronting, and asking difficult questions.
- Must be comfortable selling to strong personalities who are often in the C-suite.
- Experience selling digital marketing or media is preferred but not required.
- Must have high desire, commitment, motivation, and goal orientation.
- Must maintain a professional and courteous image at all times.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- We only sell the right fit for the business.
- Authentic, effective, and direct communication. The fewer emails, the better.
- High levels of personal and professional responsibility and be able to quickly internalize coaching and training.
- Possess both the skill to work within a team as well as independently.
- Must be comfortable with being held accountable to prospecting metrics and various sales-related key performance indicators.
- Demonstrated ability to convert prospects and close deals while maintaining established sales quotas.
- Be tech-savvy and a quick learner
