As the market gains traction, the role expands to include growing client relationships, strengthening the local brand, developing events and editorial opportunities, hiring and leading a local team, and building a profitable, sustainable market.

The Market Leader reports to the Market Operations Manager and brings local expertise, relationships, and entrepreneurial leadership.

  • Flexible Paid Time Off: Unlimited PTO and sick days to help you balance life and work, with reasonable guidelines to ensure team success. Parental leave is also available.
  • Company Holidays: Approximately 15 paid company holidays each year.
