Work with cutting-edge technology and help operate real-world robotic systems through VR in a hands-on, dynamic role involving full-body movement and active problem solving.

No experience necessary — we’re looking for capable, curious, responsible people excited to help power the future of physical AI. Training provided.

About the Role

We’re hiring VR teleoperators to control and support robotic systems in real-world environments. This is a hands-on, physically active role involving full-body movement in a virtual reality setup to perform tasks such as navigation, object handling, and system interaction.

  • Perform real-time teleoperation tasks including movement, manipulation, and positioning
  • Follow detailed instructions and standard operating procedures
  • Monitor system performance and flag issues or edge cases
  • Support data collection and annotation during operations
  • Collaborate with team leads to improve workflows and system performance

Role Requirements (Essential Functions)

  • Ability to maintain situational awareness and attention to detail during active tasks
  • Ability to follow structured instructions and respond to real-time feedback
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship is not available for this role.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with VR systems (e.g., Meta Quest or similar)
  • Gaming or simulation experience (console, PC, or VR)
  • Participation in sports, fitness, dance, or other movement-based activities that build coordination and spatial awareness
  • Experience in hands-on roles (e.g., campus jobs, warehouse, events, labs, or field work)
  • Interest in robotics, autonomous systems, or emerging technology

Work Environment

  • Active, movement-based role (not a desk-only position)
  • Mix of standing and movement throughout the shift
  • VR headset use required during operations
  • Scheduled breaks to support comfort and safety

Compensation

  • Hourly: $25–$30/hr
  • Overtime and shift premiums where applicable
  • AM/PM/Weekend Shifts
