Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Coaching & Services: Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions with aspiring boutique fitness studio owners, focusing on financial effectiveness, projections, annual goals, budgeting, daily operations, sales processes, and more. This includes both developing and implementing key components of the studio alongside your clients as part of our Done For You and Done With You Programs.
  • Financial Planning & Proforma Development: Lead the creation of complex, multi-site proformas using the Studio Grow SYSP Proforma System. Develop startup cost analyses, monthly budgets, pre-sale forecasts, and three-year financial projections, incorporating state-specific taxes, regional construction costs, and market conditions.
  • Funding Strategy: Guide clients through financing options, with a particular emphasis on securing high-value SBA loans and other funding vehicles. Provide practical insights into structuring funding packages and ensuring long-term financial sustainability.
  • Real Estate & Lease Negotiations: Support clients in evaluating and negotiating lease agreements, ensuring alignment with financial models and long-term business viability. Provide expertise on state-by-state lease norms and market-specific requirements.
  • Demographic and Real Estate Analysis: Run demographic and market assessment reports using Buxton or other relevant tools to evaluate key markets and site feasibility. Integrate findings into financial projections and site strategy.
  • Construction Cost Assessment: Advise clients on realistic construction budgets, accounting for variations in costs by state and country. Ensure financial plans reflect accurate buildout expenses and timelines.
  • Customized Strategy and Timeline Development: Analyze clients’ goals and aspirations to design tailored strategies and opening timelines that align with financial planning and profitability goals.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track client progress, review key performance indicators (KPIs), and adjust strategies as necessary to ensure continuous improvement and achievement of business objectives.
  • Specialist Liaison: Serve as the primary point person and timeline manager for marketing coaches, legal, pricing, financing, and other specialists supporting the client’s studio launch.
  • Resource Utilization: Leverage company resources, tools, and best practices to provide clients with actionable insights and practical solutions.
  • Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscapes, tax changes, and emerging best practices to deliver relevant and timely advice.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships, fostering a supportive and collaborative coaching environment.
  • Feedback and Reporting: Gather feedback from clients to improve coaching methods and report on progress and outcomes to the senior management team.
  • Team Mentality: Attend team huddles, collaborate with colleagues to problem-solve, participate in one-on-ones and performance reviews, and contribute to curriculum development and program advancement.


Qualifications:

  • Financial Expertise: Proven experience in financial planning, building complex multi-site proformas, and creating three-year financial projections.
  • Construction & Real Estate Knowledge: Practical understanding of construction costs by state and country; experience with lease negotiations and site analysis.
  • Tax Knowledge: Familiarity with state-specific taxes and their impact on financial performance.
  • Funding: Strong track record of securing financing, particularly high-value SBA loans and other growth funding vehicles.
  • Studio Startup Knowledge: A solid grasp of the full lifecycle of opening a studio profitably, including financing, real estate, leases, sales processes, pre-sale planning, and team development.
  • Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the boutique fitness sector, including current trends, challenges, and best practices.
  • Analytical & Strategic Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to design and implement effective financial and business strategies.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to make complex financial concepts clear and actionable for clients.
  • Client-Focused: Proven success in coaching or consulting, with the ability to build strong client relationships and deliver measurable results.
