Description

You’ll transform ideas into thoughtful, refined, and buildable residential designs—from concept through detailed architectural drawings.


You’ll be responsible for:

  • Creating high-quality residential plans, elevations, sections, and construction drawings
  • Producing precise drawings using AutoCAD
  • Translating design concepts into functional, beautiful spaces
  • Supporting permitting and construction documentation
  • Collaborating closely with our design team, builders, and clients
  • Managing multiple projects with exceptional attention to detail


WHAT YOU BRING

Required:

  • Strong AutoCAD experience
  • Residential architectural drafting/design experience
  • Understanding of residential construction and detailing
  • Exceptional attention to detail and design sensibility
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills


Education or Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Architectural Design, or a related field

OR

  • 5+ years of professional residential architectural drafting experience in lieu of a bachelor’s degree
