As a Surveillance Investigator, you will conduct discreet field investigations, including mobile and covert surveillance, activity checks, Alive & Well Checks, and spot checks. The position requires regular travel within an assigned territory, use of your own suitable surveillance vehicle, and timely submission of reports, video, and case updates. Applicants MUST hold an active Texas Private Investigator license and must maintain an active license throughout their employment. Experience with workers’ compensation, liability claims, surveillance, or undercover investigations is highly preferred. All necessary investigative equipment is provided, excluding the vehicle.

Description
This position conducts assigned investigations in a discreet manner. These cases include Mobile & Covert Surveillance, Activity Checks, Alive & Well Checks, and Spot Checks. The position requires regular travel within an assigned territory, use of your own suitable surveillance vehicle, and timely submission of reports, video, and case updates. This individual reports directly to the Surveillance Manager. Additional consideration will be given to candidates with workers' compensation or liability claims experience and/or experience with undercover operations.
- Obtains video footage of individuals relating to assigned cases.
- Travels to and from various locations in order to complete assigned cases.
- Provides updates daily to supervisor/input updates into the case management system.
- Completes detailed and accurate reports based on results/templates in a timely manner.
- Conducts stationary, mobile, and covert surveillance functions.
- Testifies in a professional manner in a court of law upon request.
Salary
$30 - $40 per hour
