The Chief Relations Officer (CRO) at Stryke National Investigations will serve as a strategic partner to the CEO and COO, driving aggressive organizational growth through the development and execution of high-level relationship strategies. This position bridges executive leadership, client engagement, and brand expansion. The CRO will oversee all aspects of client relations, new business development, and strategic partnerships to ensure Stryke continues to scale as a premier investigations firm nationwide.


This is a hands-on leadership role that requires a visionary with exceptional business acumen, relationship intelligence, and an ability to translate growth strategies into measurable results.


Key Responsibilities


Strategic Leadership & Growth


  • Collaborate directly with the CEO and COO to design and implement long-term strategic growth initiatives across multiple service verticals.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities, partnerships, and strategic alliances that align with company objectives.
  • Lead expansion strategies into emerging markets and service lines within the insurance, legal, and corporate sectors.
  • Collaborate with the content and marketing department to refine company branding, positioning, and messaging to support organizational growth.


Client Relations Management


  • Direct and enhance the company’s client relationship programs, ensuring consistent and high-quality engagement across all accounts.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to maximize retention and satisfaction.
  • Oversee client onboarding processes, performance metrics, and feedback systems to ensure service excellence.
  • Collaborate with management to resolve complex client issues with a proactive, solutions-based approach.


Business Development & Marketing


  • Manage proposal development, RFP submissions, and sales pipeline growth.
  • Collaborate with management to maintain cross-department collaboration between marketing, sales, and operations to align messaging with measurable results.
  • Leverage data and analytics to evaluate client performance, market trends, and new business opportunities.


Team Leadership & Culture


  • Build and lead a results-oriented business development and client success team.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Serve as a brand ambassador and public-facing representative of Stryke National Investigations at industry events and conferences.


Qualifications
