Overall job responsibilities would be...

-Opening the studio and making sure equipment is clean and supplies are ready for clients.

-Class preparation (having a plan ahead of the class)

-Checking students in online via mobile app

-Encouraging and supporting students throughout the class

-Providing an inclusive environment for all student types.

-Classroom Management

-Cleaning up studio post class

-Reporting any potential issues with the studio / students to the owner.

Optional responsibilities (for extra compensation)

-Hosting themed workshops

-Hosting bachelorette and other private parties

Pay is negotiable based on skillset. $50 Bonus offered per class for fully booked classes. Not required to sign non-competes.
