StretchLab Brecksville is currently seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic individual with a passion for fitness and a love for helping others. As the industry leader in one-on-one assisted stretching, StretchLab is dedicated to empowering clients to 'Live Long' through personalized stretching sessions. We are looking for a Sales Associate to join our team and assist in driving lead generation, closing sales, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the General Manager in the sales process, including lead generation, follow-up, and closing
• Book and confirm introductory classes for clients
• Greet and check-in clients at the front desk, providing a welcoming and friendly atmosphere
• Conduct facility tours, identifying individual needs and preferences to tailor services accordingly
• Maintain personal sales production targets
• Present available services to current and prospective members
• Participate in promotional events to raise awareness of the studio in the community
• Ensure the studio is clean and organized at all times

Requirements:

• Strong sales, communication, and customer service skills
• Proficiency in using ClubReady software or willingness to learn
• Ability to stand or sit for extended periods during the workday
• Proficient computer skills

Schedule:

• Flexible 4-hour shifts
• Day and evening shifts available
