Campaign Management & Client Services (Direct Clients)

• Serve as the primary campaign manager, strategist, and main point of contact for all clients assigned to.
• Clearly define campaign scope, timelines, and deliverables.
• Maintain alignment between campaign goals and internal execution.
• Ensure accurate reporting of client services, scopes of work, and timelines to support proper invoicing.
• Manage the day-to-day operational and strategic needs of these campaigns, ensuring organization, responsiveness, and execution at a high level.
• Ensure campaigns are positioned to succeed through disciplined planning, timely execution, and strategic adjustments.
• Present and sell firm services such as candidate strategy, polling, voter contact, and texting programs.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with political campaigns, digital platforms, and social media trends
• Experience with working in political campaigns (preferred)
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
• Flexible and ready to learn
• Bachelor’s degree in Political Science, Communications, Marketing, or related field (or relevant experience)
• Prior political campaign experience preferred, but not required.
