Part-Time Shipping & Fulfillment Associate

$18–$20/hr, depending on experience | ~27 hrs/week, with additional hours available during busy periods

About us

Strap Habit is a growing online business selling watch straps through our own website and major online marketplaces. We ship dozens of orders every day from our office in Powell. You'd be our first fulfillment hire, and you'd play a big part in making sure every customer gets the right order, packed well and shipped on time.

Schedule

•    Monday–Friday: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM

•    Saturday: 9:00 AM – 11:00 AM

•    Sunday: Off

This is a consistent daytime schedule, and Saturday mornings are required. Hours may flex slightly with order volume. Additional hours are often available during peak seasons and large inventory deliveries for those who want them.

What you'll do

•    Pick, pack, and ship daily customer orders (envelopes and small packages) accurately and on time

•    Prepare and pack weekly inventory shipments to Amazon warehouses

•    Process customer returns

•    Receive incoming inventory, check it against purchase orders, and put each item away in its correct location

•    Keep shipping supplies stocked, and flag when supplies need reordering

•    Keep the office clean and organized

•    Keep daily operations running on your own while the owner travels

What we're looking for

•    Attention to detail. One wrong strap or wrong address means an unhappy customer, so accuracy matters more than speed.

•    Comfort using computers, inventory and shipping software, and label printers. We'll train you on our systems.

•    Ability to work on your own, follow written procedures, and use good judgment when something doesn't look right

•    Reliability. Orders go out six days a week and need to ship on time.

•    Ability to lift up to 60 lbs occasionally (a dolly is available)

•    Must be 18 or older

•    Must pass a background check

Nice to have

•    Prior warehouse, shipping, or ecommerce fulfillment experience. It isn't required, and we'll train the right person.
