Storm Door Guy is looking for a friendly and motivated Outside Sales Representative to help homeowners choose the right storm door for their home. This is a part-time, commission only position. We need motivated sales pros who already know how to prospect, talk to customers, and close sales. You must have past experience in sales, preferably in home services or construction.

What You Will Do

• Prospect for new homeowners
• Build relationships and trust
• Explain our storm doors and services
• Create warm, qualified leads
• Help close deals with our team
• Use phone, text, email, and social media to follow up

What We Are Looking For

• Someone who enjoys talking with people and helping homeowners.
• A good listener who explains things clearly.
• Someone who can stay organized and follow up on time.
• Someone comfortable making calls and starting conversations.
• Basic computer, phone, and social media skills.
• Sales experience is helpful

Requirements:

• Previous sales experience is required
• Home-service or construction sales is a big plus
• Strong communication skills
• Self-motivated and reliable
• Comfortable with commission-only pay
