We are seeking an experienced Sales Engineer to join our team and help us expand our customer base. As a Sales Engineer, you will work closely with our Sales and Product teams to develop and execute the account strategy.

We are seeking an experienced Sales Engineer to join our team and help us expand our customer base. As a Sales Engineer, you will work closely with our Sales and Product teams to develop and execute the account strategy.  

 

You will also identify strategic customer pains and develop unique and compelling value propositions that focus on delivering business value to the Customer. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in active sales and 3 years in Enterprise level sales.

  • Identify strategic customer pains and develop unique and compelling value propositions that focus on delivering business value to the Customer 
  • Understand current industry trends, standards, and drivers of the customer's organization and their desired business outcomes 
  • Present product demonstrations and technical presentations to customers and prospects 
  • Participate in pre-sales activities, including RFP responses and proposals 
  • Work with the Product team to continually evolve our product and the sales process 
  • Leverage your skills and your customers' experience to develop and deliver effective sales presentations 
  • Build and maintain a healthy and successful opportunity pipeline 
  • Perform regular pipeline reviews and accurately forecast sales pipeline to the Head of Sales and CEO 
  • Work cross-functionally with Product peers to formulate the best strategy for increased revenue 
  • Listen to the needs of the market and share them with the Product and Marketing team

  • Expertise in managing a sales pipeline, proficient in CRM (eg Zoho) 
  • Ability to identify strategic customer pains and develop unique and compelling value propositions that focus on delivering business value to the Customer 
  • Outstanding communication, organizational, and time management skills 
  • Experience with a variety of software business tools 
  • Understanding of the retail grocery industry is a plus
