Job Overview: As an Account Executive at MeazureUp, you will be responsible for driving new business by identifying and closing sales opportunities within target markets. This role combines relationship-building with a consultative sales approach to help clients understand the value of MeazureUp's solutions.
Key Responsibilities:

Prospect and Generate Leads: Identify and qualify potential clients through outbound activities, inbound inquiries, and networking.

Consultative Selling: Conduct discovery calls to understand clients' operational challenges and recommend MeazureUp solutions tailored to their needs.

Sales Pipeline Management: Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to contract negotiation and closing. Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.

Product Demonstrations: Deliver compelling product demos to showcase the value of our platform and differentiate it from competitors.

Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, customer success, and product teams to align efforts and maximize client satisfaction.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Software Sales Account Executive, preferably in SaaS or technology sales.
- Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and a consultative selling approach.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales enablement tools.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a team player.
- Familiarity with operational challenges faced by multi-location businesses is a plus.
