Job Overview: As an Account Executive at MeazureUp, you will be responsible for driving new business by identifying and closing sales opportunities within target markets. This role combines relationship-building with a consultative sales approach to help clients understand the value of MeazureUp's solutions.  

 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Prospect and Generate Leads: Identify and qualify potential clients through outbound activities, inbound inquiries, and networking. 
  • Consultative Selling: Conduct discovery calls to understand clients' operational challenges and recommend MeazureUp solutions tailored to their needs. 
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to contract negotiation and closing. Maintain accurate records in the CRM system. 
  • Product Demonstrations: Deliver compelling product demos to showcase the value of our platform and differentiate it from competitors. 
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, customer success, and product teams to align efforts and maximize client satisfaction. 
  • Market Insight: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and client needs to refine sales strategies. 
  • Revenue Targets: Consistently meet or exceed sales quotas and key performance metrics. 

 

Qualifications: 

  • Proven experience as a Software Sales Account Executive, preferably in SaaS or technology sales. 
  • Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets. 
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and a consultative selling approach. 
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written. 
  • Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales enablement tools. 
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a team player. 
  • Familiarity with operational challenges faced by multi-location businesses is a plus.
