Stitchcraft Marketing is seeking a Senior Account Manager, Growth & Strategy to help lead client success, marketing strategy, and agency growth. This role combines account management, strategic planning, content and social media expertise, and client leadership. The ideal candidate is a proactive marketer who enjoys understanding why marketing works, brings fresh ideas to the table, and can confidently guide client conversations while supporting a collaborative remote team. This position starts at approximately 24 hours per week with the opportunity to grow over time.

Senior Account Manager, Growth & Strategy

Part-Time (24 Hours/Week to Start)

$35–45/hour

We're seeking a part-time Senior Account Manager, Growth & Strategy.


Why Part-Time?

At Stitchcraft Marketing, many of our team members are multihyphenate creatives. In addition to their work with the agency, they may be makers, educators, designers, writers, artists, entrepreneurs, or active members of the craft communities we serve.

We believe creative people do their best work when they have space to pursue their own interests, continue learning, and stay connected to the industries and communities that inspire them. As a result, we intentionally build flexibility into our team structure and endeavor to keep Fridays meeting-free and largely work-free whenever possible. Our official days of business are Monday-Thursday.

This role begins with a focused portfolio of approximately four client accounts, allowing time for strategic planning, creative review, and agency initiatives in addition to day-to-day account management. As Stitchcraft continues to grow, this position may have opportunities for expanded responsibilities, increased hours, and additional leadership opportunities for the right candidate.


What You'll Do

Client Leadership

  • Lead strategy, planning, and account management for a portfolio of key client accounts
  • Develop recommendations based on performance data, business goals, and market opportunities
  • Identify opportunities for client growth and long-term success. Be an advocate for your client's growth.
  • Build trusted advisor relationships with clients
  • Develop creative concepts for client channels, including video, carousels, newsletters, pins and boards, blogs, and more

Marketing & Creative Strategy

  • Develop and refine marketing strategies across social media, content marketing, email marketing, and audience growth
  • Develop campaign playbooks for popular initiatives
  • Contribute creative ideas, testing opportunities, and growth initiatives to the agency
  • Help improve content quality, creative effectiveness, and marketing performance across client accounts
  • Stay current on marketing trends, platform changes, and best practices

Team & Agency Support

  • Share knowledge, ideas, and best practices across the team
  • Assist with client problem-solving and escalations when needed
  • Take on new clients as business grows
  • Contribute content to agency channels such as social, Members Only community, video, podcast, email, and blogs
  • Contribute to agency processes, standards, and continuous improvement efforts
  • In time, participate in proposal development and strategic conversations with prospective clients
  • Contribute to creative reviews and other team meetings

Position Details

  • Part-time W-2 position
  • Approximately 24 hours per week to start, with potential for future growth
  • Flexible schedule within normal North American business hours
  • Must be available 3–4 days per week, Monday–Thursday preferred
  • Fully remote position
  • Employee must provide their own computer and internet access
  • Travel is not required but may be available for select trade shows, events, and industry conferences
  • While this position is remote, applicants must reside in the United States and be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
