We are seeking a hybrid Email Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This role will be responsible for the scheduling, creation, execution, and analysis of email and SMS marketing initiatives. Our coordinators work closely with all members of the Sticky Digital team to increase sales and engagement through retention marketing. The Retention Marketing Coordinator will run email and SMS programs from end to end, including planning, creative briefing, scheduling, segmentation, testing, and execution.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with email strategists, project managers, graphic designers, and product development teams to create and deliver compelling email communications for various audiences, including newsletters, customer surveys, sales promotions, and more.
- Oversee daily email operations to ensure that emails are completed and deployed on time through ESPs (Klaviyo, SMSBump, Attentive, Hubspot, etc.)
- Daily monitoring of campaign and delivery performance
- Segment email lists and develop systems for nurturing campaigns to various audiences.
- Manage subscriber database to grow the email list and improve response.
- Measure the effectiveness of email marketing campaigns and monitor subscriptions to
continually improve ROI from email marketing efforts.
- Assist in writing and editing copy for email and SMS.
Analyze analytics and generate performance reports.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of email marketing experience executing within the platform
- Experience writing and editing email marketing content
- Basic HTML & CSS skills
- Understanding of CAN-SPAM and email best practices
- Klaviyo, Yotpo, Attentive, Hubspot, Asana experience
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills to drive actions
- Excellent planning, organization, and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail
