We are looking for an experienced Business Development Director/Manager to accelerate our wholesale/B2B expansion, leveraging your existing relationships in functional medicine, integrative health, and sports performance. This role is ideal for a former or current healthcare practitioner (BSN, MSN, DC, ND, DO, PharmD, etc.) who understands regenerative health solutions and has a proven track record of scaling B2B sales. This is a high-impact role, responsible for developing key strategic partnerships with healthcare clinics, wellness centers, sports medicine professionals, and functional medicine networks to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Rapidly expand STEMREGEN’s B2B/wholesale network by identifying, engaging, and securing partnerships with functional medicine clinics, wellness centers, sports rehab facilities, and high-performance health practitioners.
  • Leverage an existing network of healthcare and wellness professionals to establish and grow key accounts.
  • Break into major functional medicine, integrative health, and performance wellness markets through strategic business development and direct sales.
  • Lead outreach and relationship-building efforts, conducting targeted calls, emails, and meetings with potential partners.
  • Develop and execute a scalable wholesale sales strategy, focusing on practitioner sales, large-scale accounts, and exclusive partnerships.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to refine messaging and go-to-market strategies for B2B expansion.
  • Represent STEMREGEN at industry conferences, trade shows, and practitioner networking events to build brand awareness and credibility.
  • Utilize data-driven insights and CRM tools (Hubspot preferred) to track sales performance, pipeline growth, and revenue targets.
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and partnership agreements to maximize growth opportunities while maintaining brand integrity.
  • Act as a thought leader and brand ambassador, educating practitioners and their networks about the science and benefits of STEMREGEN.

What You Bring

  • Healthcare or Life Sciences Background Strongly Preferred:
  • BSN, MSN, DC, ND, DO, PharmD, or other clinical background is ideal.
  • A deep understanding of functional medicine, integrative health, or sports recovery.
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B business development, sales, or wholesale channel growth within the health, wellness, nutraceutical, or life sciences industries.
  • Proven track record of growing and scaling B2B revenue through existing practitioner networks and new business development efforts.
  • Strong relationships with key decision-makers in functional medicine, regenerative health, or sports performance.
  • Deep knowledge of health optimization, regenerative science, and supplement sales (stem cell-based solutions a plus).
  • Exceptional sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to educate and influence high-level health professionals.
  • Experience with CRM and pipeline management tools (Hubspot preferred).
  • Self-starter mentality, results-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for industry events, conferences, and key account meetings.
