Job Title: New Business Development Sales Representative
Job Description: As a new business development sales representative, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to generate revenue and drive company growth. You will research and prospect potential clients, build relationships, and pitch our products or services to meet their needs. Your primary focus offering will be Periodic and Frequent Inspection programs while consulting on industry compliance standards and industry best practices. You will collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions, negotiate contracts, and close deals. Additionally, you will track sales activities, analyze market trends, and provide insights to inform strategic decisions.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and research potential clients and market segments to understand their needs and preferences.
- Develop and implement sales strategies and tactics to target new business opportunities and achieve sales targets.
- Your primary focus will be Periodic and Frequent Inspection programs, while you will also consult on industry compliance standards and best practices.
- Build relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders through networking, cold calling, and meetings.
- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and proposals to showcase our offerings and address client requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to deliver customized solutions and support client success.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to close sales and achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
- Track sales activities, pipeline progress, and market trends using CRM software and other tools.
- Provide regular reports and updates to management on sales performance, market insights, and competitive activities.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and other sales tools.
- Related field experience or bachelor’s degree in business or marketing
- Proven track record of success in new business development and sales, with a minimum of [3-5 years] of experience.
