Designs and recommends solutions to ongoing and unexpected challenges to SCELC’s accounting practices to improve financial health and increase efficiencies.
Position Type: Full-time, Exempt
Compensation: Expected starting salary range of $87,000–$90,000 per year. This position is also eligible for an annual performance bonus of up to 10% of base salary, based on individual and organizational performance. Bonuses are discretionary and not guaranteed.
Reporting to: Senior Leadership
Location: Work from home four days a week. Come into the office in North Hollywood, approximately one day a week, after a training period, at the discretion of the employer.

Job Summary: Seeking an experienced accounting professional with 5+ years of progressively responsible accounting experience, including demonstrated responsibility for reconciliations, financial reporting, audit preparation, and development of accounting processes. Experience in a nonprofit, higher education, association, or similarly complex environment is preferred but not required.
