We're seeking a driven, relationship-focused Loan Officer to join our growing team. You'll own the front end of the mortgage process — connecting with clients, understanding their goals, structuring the right loan, and guiding them from the first conversation through application. From there, our internal processing team carries the file to closing and funding, so your energy stays where it matters most: advising borrowers and building your pipeline. We do right by the borrower, every time. The ideal candidate pairs strong product knowledge with genuine integrity — someone who's motivated by helping people, not just closing files — and who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative, customer-first environment.

Schedule: Full-Time, Hybrid
This role will initially operate remotely; however, we are actively evaluating physical office space for future operations. Candidates should be comfortable with the potential transition to a hybrid or in-office work environment as business needs evolve. Flexibility for periodic in-person meetings, training, or office attendance in the future may be required.
