We are seeking a Full-Time BCBA to join our Team.
**Job Overview:**
As a Full-Time BCBA at Start Bright, you will play a crucial role in providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to individuals with developmental disabilities. You will work closely with clients, families, and a team of professionals to create and implement behavior intervention plans that promote positive behavior change and improve quality of life.
**Responsibilities:**
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide direct ABA therapy services to clients in various settings
- Train and supervise behavior technicians, caregivers, and other team members
- Monitor and evaluate client progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated care
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes
**Requirements:**
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working in the field of ABA
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of evidence-based practices in ABA
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Strong leadership skills
**Salary Range:**
$75,000 to $85,000 per year
