Starland School Of Music in Alameda has been offering quality music lessons for over 30 years to folks of all ages. We are also a retail facility that sells musical instruments and accessories to the general public and our students.
The Customer Service Team Member has front line responsibility for creating a warm, friendly environment while effectively and successfully satisfying our customer's needs with our music products.
With respect to the school, you will be directly involved in enrolling students, scheduling and working with our excellent group of professional music teachers in ensuring that our students, teachers and Starland are all successful. With respect to the retail store, you will assist with sales, customer service, display and inventory.

For this part-time position (18-22 hrs/week) we offer competitive pay ($16 - $18 per hour), an outstanding discount policy on instruments and lessons and opportunities for personal and professional growth.
Lastly, you should know we have our team training sessions each Wednesday morning at 11 AM. While 100% attendance is highly recommended, it is mandatory to attend 80% (8 out of 10).
