Warehouse Manager (3PL)

We are seeking a hands-on Warehouse Manager to lead daily 3PL warehouse operations. This role is responsible for driving operational efficiency, inventory accuracy, service performance, and team leadership in a fast-paced environment supporting renewable energy equipment manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage inbound, outbound, and inventory control operations
• Ensure KPI, SLA, and on-time shipping targets are achieved
• Maintain inventory accuracy and optimize WMS utilization
• Drive labor productivity and cost efficiency
• Enforce safety standards and operational compliance
• Lead, coach, and develop supervisors and frontline teams
• Partner with client stakeholders to ensure service excellence

Qualifications

• 5+ years of warehouse leadership experience, preferably in 3PL
• Experience supporting manufacturing or industrial operations preferred
• Strong knowledge of WMS and inventory management
• Proven leadership and problem-solving skills
• Results-driven with a strong focus on safety and performance
