Job Description:

● Perform Incoming Quality Control (IQC) for battery cells and mechanical components.

● Monitor In-Process Quality Control (IPQC) and conduct final inspections of finished ESS packs.

● Manage non-conforming reports (NCR) and lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for quality issues.

● Maintain and update quality documentation, including inspection checklists and SOPs.

● Assist in regulatory compliance audits (e.g., UL, UN 38.3).

Required Skills, Qualifications and Experience:

● Minimum 3 years of experience in Quality Control/Assurance within a manufacturing environment (Required).

● Proficiency in operating and programming CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine) is highly preferred.

● Experience with measurement tools (calipers, micrometers) and battery testing equipment.

● Understanding of ISO 9001 or IATF 16949 standards.

● Experience in weld tension testing or electrical performance testing.

● Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
