Position: ESS Battery Pack Production Operations Team Lead (Manager)

Job Description:

● Oversee and manage the daily operations of the ESS battery pack production lines.

● Develop and implement production schedules to meet delivery targets and optimize line utilization.

● Lead and mentor production staff, ensuring adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).

● Monitor production KPIs (OEE, yield, downtime) and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

● Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards (ISO/IATF).

● Coordinate with Engineering and Quality teams to resolve production bottlenecks and technical issues.

Required Skills, Qualifications and Experience:

● Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field.

● Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing (Required).

● Experience in battery packs or automotive components manufacturing is highly preferred.

● Strong leadership and people management skills with experience leading teams.

● Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

● Knowledge of LFP battery technology and ESS assembly processes.

● Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.

Salary

$80,000 - $130,000 per year
