A Manufacturing Engineer in this role is responsible for developing and improving battery assembly processes while ensuring production runs efficiently and reliably. They design and optimize workflows for new products, maintain and troubleshoot automated equipment (including PLC systems), and apply lean manufacturing methods to reduce waste and cycle time.

Job Description:
● Design and optimize assembly processes for new battery models (e.g., JF1, JF2).
● Troubleshoot and maintain automated production equipment and PLC systems.
● Implement lean manufacturing principles to reduce cycle time and waste.
● Draft and update technical documentation, including PFMEA and process flow charts.
● Coordinate with vendors for equipment installation and facility upgrades.
Required Skills, Qualifications and Experience:
● Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
● Minimum 3 years of proven experience in manufacturing process design or equipment maintenance (Required).
● Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD/SolidWorks).
● Knowledge of PLC programming and industrial automation.
● Experience in battery manufacturing or high-voltage systems.
