Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support the month-end close process, including journal entries and reconciliations
  • Prepare and update annual budgets and rolling forecasts
  • Perform manufacturing cost accounting, including inventory valuation and cost variance analysis
  • Generate and analyze financial statements and performance reports
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support external audits and tax compliance efforts

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
  • 7–9 years of experience in finance or accounting, including 2+ years in cost accounting
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting, GAAP/IFRS, and audit preparation
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar
  • Excellent attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in manufacturing accounting (e.g., BOM, cost variance, inventory analysis)
  • Familiarity with U.S. GAAP and IFRS standards
  • Experience with international accounting practices or cross-border reporting
  • Bilingual in English and Korean is a plus, but not required


Salary

$80,000 - $130,000 per year
