Your Mission (Should You Choose to Accept It):

Duties:

• Be the administrative backbone for our attorneys and legal professionals.
• Answer and direct phone calls with a smile and professionalism.
• Manage and process incoming and outgoing mail, keeping clients updated on all correspondence.
• Prepare immigration packets before they’re filed.
• Schedule FBI background checks and order essential court and public documents.
• Maintain and organize both physical and electronic files like a pro.
• Accurately perform data entry tasks.
• Schedule appointments and meet with clients when needed.
• File immigration packets with precision.
• Assist clients with FOIA requests, change of biometrics appointments, expedite requests to the USCIS, work permits, and more.
• Assist with scheduling client meetings

Experience & Skills Required:

• Prior experience in an immigration law firm is a big plus!
• Knowledge of legal terminology and procedures.
• Proficiency in legal research tools and electronic databases.
• Stellar organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize like a champ.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Familiarity with legal administrative processes and procedures.
• Tech-savvy and proficient with various computer programs.
• Ability to work independently
• Solid problem-solving skills
