Responsibilities

• Oversee operations when the manager is absent.
• Schedule shifts and assign duties to staff during shifts.
• Oversee cash drawers and prepare bank deposits.
• Provide support and feedback to team members during shifts.
• Train new employees.
• Ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
• Address customer and employee complaints.
• Maintain a positive work environment.
• Most importantly, ensure that the shift runs smoothly and effectively.

Requirements

• Availability to work weekends and holidays.
• Experience as a shift leader or relevant managerial role.
• Exceptional customer service, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Able to stand for long periods of time.
• Able to make decisions fast.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience in the industry with knowledge on the health and safety regulations.
• High school diploma, preferred.
