Squeegee Squad is seeking a dedicated and hardworking individual to join our team as a Window Cleaning Technician. As a Window Cleaning Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients' windows are sparkling clean and free of streaks. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary range of $17 to $25 per hour.
**Responsibilities:**
- Cleaning windows in residential and commercial properties using industry-standard tools and techniques
- Ensuring all windows are spotless and streak-free
- Communicating effectively with clients to understand their specific needs and preferences
- Maintaining equipment and tools in good working condition
- Adhering to safety protocols and guidelines at all times
**Requirements:**
- Previous experience in window cleaning is preferred but not required
- Ability to work efficiently and pay attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset
- Physical stamina and ability to work at heights
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
