Squeegee Squad is seeking a passionate and driven Business Development Representative to join our team. This is a full-time position with a salary range of $45,000 to $60,000 per year.

**Job Overview:**

As a Business Development Representative, you will focus on identifying and developing new opportunities within the commercial and government sectors. Leveraging your sales expertise, you’ll build relationships, secure contracts, and help grow our portfolio of high-value clients.

**Responsibilities:**

- Identify and prospect new business opportunities within designated markets

- Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients through networking and cold calling

- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create targeted strategies for business growth

- Attend industry events and conferences to promote the company's services

- Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients

- Negotiate contracts and terms with clients to secure new business

- Track and report on sales activities and opportunities in CRM system

**Requirements:**

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field

- Proven track record of success in a sales or business development role

- Strong communication and negotiation skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Knowledge of commercial and government procurement processes

- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
