Sprout Behavior and Skills Therapy is seeking a compassionate, reliable, and motivated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our growing clinic team! If you are passionate about helping children reach their full potential in a supportive, collaborative environment, we would love to meet you.

As an RBT, you will work one-on-one with children under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), implementing individualized treatment plans while helping clients develop communication, social, play, adaptive, and daily living skills through Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in our clinic setting.
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by the supervising BCBA.
• Utilize evidence-based teaching strategies and positive reinforcement to build meaningful skills.
• Collect accurate data during therapy sessions and communicate client progress with the BCBA.
• Assist with behavior reduction and skill acquisition programs.
• Collaborate with BCBAs and fellow RBTs to provide high-quality, consistent care.
• Maintain professional documentation and follow ethical and clinical standards.

Schedule Options

Part-Time

• Up to 20 hours per week

Full-Time

• 30+ hours per week
• Full-time employees may begin part-time while building a caseload.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required.
• Experience working with children preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude, professionalism, and a willingness to learn.
• Ability to actively engage with children throughout the day, including playing on the floor, lifting up to 50 pounds when necessary, and responding quickly to client needs.
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
