About Us

Sprout Behavior and Skills Therapy is dedicated to helping children and families grow through high-quality, individualized ABA services. We specialize in early intervention, adaptive living skills, and parent coaching, using a fun, family-centered approach to therapy.

We are looking for passionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing team and make a meaningful impact in the lives of children

What You’ll Do

✔️ Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in-home and in the community.

✔️ Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.

✔️ Use positive reinforcement strategies to teach communication, social, and life skills.

✔️ Collect data on client progress and report observations to the BCBA.

✔️ Support daily living and adaptive skills in home and community-based settings.

✔️ Collaborate with families and provide caregiver coaching as part of therapy sessions.

Schedule Options

• Part-Time: Up to 20 hours per week

Requirements
