Sproos! Senior Brand & Marketing Manager Remote · Full time Company website

Fast-growing DTC bathroom brand on a mission to un-basic your bathroom. We're looking for a senior brand and marketing manager to own GTM execution, creative operations, and agency oversight across all channels

About Sproos!

Sproos! makes colorful, filtered showerheads and bathroom accessories! We're on a mission to un-basic the bathroom, the most overlooked room in the house, with products that are functional, design-forward, and genuinely fun to use. We don't just sell a filter; we sell a point of view. Our products are renter-friendly, our brand voice is unapologetic, and we're building a community of people who care as much about how their bathroom looks as how it functions. We're a lean, fast-moving team with a brand presence that punches well above our size, growing aggressively across DTC, Amazon, and retail, and we're just getting started.

Description

Who we are

Sproos is on a mission to un-basic your bathroom. We make colorful filtered showerheads and bathroom accessories built around one idea: Unbasic Everything. Our products are functional, design-forward, and unapologetically fun, and they're finding their audience fast across DTC, Amazon, and a growing retail footprint.

We're a lean, ambitious team moving at startup speed with a brand point of view that punches well above our size. We care about community, culture, and building something people actually want to talk about, and we're looking for someone who does too.

We've grown aggressively over the past few years and we're just getting started. That means the person coming into this role won't find a rigid playbook waiting for them. They'll find an opportunity to build one. We're looking for someone who has thrived in high-growth, early-stage environments and knows how to create their own structure, set their own pace, and make things happen without waiting for everything to be perfectly defined.

The role

This role reports directly to our CMO. You'll own the execution layer across brand, content, and GTM campaigns: the connective tissue that makes every launch, collaboration, and creative initiative actually come to life. Think of this role as a mix of product marketing and brand marketing.

You're not here to wait for a brief. You think like a marketer, move like an operator, and have the taste to know when something isn't quite right, and the initiative to fix it before anyone has to ask.

You'll work extremely closely with the CMO, with real exposure to the full omnichannel picture and genuine opportunity to grow. This isn't a box-checking role. You'll be expected to pick up new skills, take on unfamiliar problems, and stretch into areas that a more corporate job would never offer.

This is an individual contributor role. You'll influence a lot without managing anyone directly, which means your output, your judgment, and your communication are everything.

Is this you?

You follow the brand and culture space because you genuinely love it, not just because it's your job. You know how to run a launch, manage a collab, and wrangle creative timelines without dropping a ball. You're the person who sends the update before anyone asks for it.

You have strong opinions about what looks right and what doesn't, and you're not shy about advocating for the brand when something is off. And when you hit something you've never done before, your first instinct is to figure it out, not escalate it.

If you need every decision handed to you, this isn't the right fit. If you get energy from figuring things out and making them happen, keep reading. We want someone who thinks like a marketer first and brings structure as a natural strength, not as their entire identity.

What you'll own

Brand marketing ownership

You own brand marketing execution end to end. That means understanding the Sproos brand deeply, protecting it fiercely, and making sure everything we put into the world reflects it. You're the person the CMO trusts to carry the brand standard across every channel and every campaign.

Go-to-market execution

When we launch a new product, colorway, or collab, you're the one making sure every asset, approval, and team member is aligned before launch day. This includes end-to-end management of creative shoots, from pre-production and scheduling through on-set logistics and final delivery. You'll build and maintain launch blueprints, coordinate across channels (email/SMS, paid social, organic, creator), and drive it across the finish line without being asked twice.

Agency and contractor management

Day-to-day point of contact for our agency partners and contractors across email/SMS, organic social, and creative. You handle approvals, keep communication moving, and flag only what truly needs CMO attention.

Creative operations

Own the end-to-end flow of creative assets across campaigns and collabs, including briefing, feedback, version control, asset organization, and final delivery. You're the reason creative doesn't get stuck in review limbo and the right files always reach the right people on time.

Brand partnership management

Own the full lifecycle of brand collaborations, from kick-off through shoot coordination, packaging, and marketing calendars. You're the central point of contact across all parties and nothing falls through the cracks on your watch.

Team information hub

Own project documentation, statuses, and key details so anyone on the team can find what they need without having to ask. You keep things visible, organized, and moving.

Cross-functional and omnichannel coordination

Act as the connective tissue between marketing, e-commerce, operations, and external partners. You'll need to be comfortable jumping into unfamiliar territory, whether that's supporting an Amazon initiative, a retail activation, or a CTV test, and bringing the same brand rigor to every channel we touch. Surface blockers early, close the loop on everything, and keep the whole team aligned.

What we're looking for

5+ years in brand, marketing, or growth at a DTC, CPG, or lifestyle brand. Bonus if you've worked somewhere that cares about design and culture as much as conversion. Think colorful, founder-led, or "cool DTC," not big corporate.

Strong brand instincts and a genuine aesthetic point of view. You know when something looks off and you say so.

Words are one of your superpowers. You can write in a brand voice, not just about it, and whether it's a caption, a brief, or a campaign concept, your copy has personality and actually makes people feel something.

Experience working with and managing agency partners across multiple channels. You know how to get great work out of external teams and keep them on brand without micromanaging.

You don't wait to be asked for an update. You keep people in the loop, flag problems before they blow up, and make your work visible without being asked.

No two weeks here look the same, and that's how you like it. You're comfortable picking up new skills, stepping into unfamiliar channels, and figuring things out as you go.

The details don't slip past you. You follow through, every time, on everything.

Comfortable across tools like Notion, Klaviyo or a similar email platform, and project management tools like Basecamp. Familiarity with Shopify and Meta Ads Manager is a strong plus.

Paid media creative experience is a bonus. You don't need to be a media buyer, but knowing what makes a great paid social asset and how creative connects to performance will serve you well here.

Responsive and async-ready. We move fast and communicate primarily over Slack. You stay looped in and don't go dark.

Compensation & benefits

$100,000–$150,000, commensurate with experience. We're building something real and want to pay people who are serious about contributing to it.

Health insurance: medical

PTO: unlimited
