In this role, you'll spearhead the design, development, and maintenance of diverse systems and infrastructure, encompassing data and machine learning pipelines, APIs, and backend and front-end systems that serve our clientele. You will collaborate with data scientists, product managers, software engineers, and infrastructure engineers to distill optimal solutions, ensuring seamless and scalable operations of our data pipelines, AI models, and APIs and our frontend systems.

What you’ll do

• Champion the design, development, and maintenance of scalable data pipelines bolstering our ML/AI applications.
• Forge strong collaborations with data science and product teams to transition machine learning and AI models from development to production.
• Foster good coding and architectural practices, engage in insightful code reviews, and advocate for automated testing to ensure the delivery of high-caliber code.
• Remain up to date with the latest industry currents and technologies to uphold our system's cutting-edge nature.

About you

• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline; a Master’s degree is a plus
• Accumulated experience of at least 3 years in a software development capacity, with a focus on machine learning applications.
• Proven experience in deploying machine learning models to production, exposure to Large Language Models (LLMs) in production settings is a plus
• Proficient in Python programming, proficiency in C++ is a plus
• Experience with data pipeline tools and frameworks such as Apache Spark.
• Experience in designing, developing, and maintaining RESTful APIs
• Familiarity with full-stack development.
• Possess remarkable problem-solving aptitudes and the capability to operate both autonomously and in collaborative team configurations.
