Job Title: Seasonal Housekeeping Operations Manager
Compensation: $1,128 per week
Housing: Single-occupancy housing available upon request
Season: June 1st - January 15th
About the Role:
We're looking for a hands-on Seasonal Housekeeping Operations Manager to lead our housekeeping team during the peak season. This role is focused on hiring, onboarding, training, and managing a high-performing team to deliver clean, consistent, and on-time room turns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Hire and onboard seasonal and year-round housekeeping staff. This means completing phone interviews, and coordinating an initial "test run" for the first week.
- Train team members on cleaning standards, safety practices, and time expectations
- Manage daily execution, ensuring rooms and public areas meet brand standards and are completed on schedule
- Monitor quality and consistency, performing spot checks and coaching in real-time
- Drive performance, using time targets and feedback to improve speed and maintain excellence
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of housekeeping or hospitality operations experience, with supervisory experience preferred
- Strong willingness to use GSheets, Slack, Breezeway, and Gusto to optimize the operation.
- WILLING TO CLEAN! Every role at Spotless Stay Solutions cleans when needed - this includes the owner, and managers.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and hold teams accountable
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Comfortable working weekends and holidays during peak season
- Able to lift up to 30 lbs and be on your feet for extended periods
